The Empowerment of the Kilt

A great write up. Posted by Bill Geurts on the alt.fashion newsgroup on June 16, 1997

"Provide current -- don't go with the flow."

I have been wearing my kilt all week end long here in Portland, Oregon, and I must say that it is as if the doctor had just injected me with some amazing serum that made me instantaneously attractive or something. Women go out of their way to let me know that The kilt I am wearing is nice. They often ask what I have on under it. All of a sudden, I am feeling like a movie star or something, what with all the attention I am getting.

The kilt has power.

I am empowered because I wear a kilt.

I have never come across something so powerful in my life. The minute I put on my kilt, I am immediately endowed with the power that it gives. There is something that causes the juices to flow in both men and women, when they encounter a guy wearing a kilt. These juice that flow are very real, and are usually very positive. Usually good things happen to me when I am in my kilt. I am offered discounts at the supermarket. I even got into a movie for free just because I was wearing a kilt. People go out of their way to be friendly, and to strike up conversations.

So with all this power laying around, I use it very discretly, because I would not want to tarnish the image that it gives me.

Now I think of all you guys out there who like the idea of wearing a kilt, but you have not yet gathered the courage to just pop one on and go out and do your thing. Here's some encouragement.

Many of us were in the same boat.

Look at all the accounts that have taken place and have been reported by others here in this forum in the last year. All have been positive! There is nothing to fear, except how to handle all the power you are going to feel when you put on your kilt.

I am here to tell you that women love guys in kilts, and I think that kilts, when used with discretion, look DAMNED GOOD.

Why do I say "with discretion"? Because, guys, a kilt can make you look foolish if you don't do it right.

But it is not hard to achieve a great look. You can ask your friends, girlfriends, mothers, sisters, anyone. Most anyone can tell you if you are a knockout or not. Chances are, that if you are in a kilt, you automatically qualify for the knockout category. See why I say "Empowered"?

Now, Finally to all you guys out there in inter-net-land, who think kilts on guys are good, but have never had the balls or the courage to try it out for yourselves. I offer you this invitation:

Try it, You'll like it.

And if you are not hooked in 30 days, there is something wrong with your batteries, or your mind, or something.
